MakeWay began in Vancouver with a handful of staff, and over the past 20 years the Foundation team has grown to over 60 with hubs located in Victoria, Vancouver, Yellowknife, Winnipeg, Toronto, Ottawa and Iqaluit. There are an additional 150 staff on MakeWay’s shared platform in communities from coast to coast to coast.
