Round River Canada supports Indigenous communities to design and enact strategies that conserve and restore wildness, build cultural resilience, and implement Indigenous stewardship of their homelands.
Our approach is centered in the value and knowledge of place based solutions. We believe that in order for conservation to be successful and sustainable, it must be tied to community and incorporate community knowledge. In line with this vision, Round River Canada is committed to incorporating all ways of knowing into our work to ensure we understand the cultural, ecological, and social values of landscapes and places.
