The Coordinator, People, Engagement, and Learning will support the day-to-day administration of people operations processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring that they are organized, thoughtful, and relational. You’ll also contribute to HR projects, research, and continuous improvement initiatives that support both MakeWay Foundation (MWF) and MakeWay Charitable Society (MWCS).
