RILN is a unique peer support network that promotes wellbeing and provides safe space for sharing, strategizing, and learning by Indigenous leaders advancing Indigenous authority, governance, cultural resilience, and territorial stewardship.
RILN recognizes the importance of prioritizing the personal wellbeing of indigenous leaders and gathering for relationship building, networking, and peer support. Every year RILN provides opportunities for members from across territories now known as BC to build a shared understanding of the support they need to be healthy, strong, and effective.
