MakeWay acts as administrative host to the Northern Manitoba Food, Culture, and Community Collaborative (NMFCCC). The NMFCCC is an innovative collaborative of Northern Manitoban community members, advisors, funders, and organizations. We work towards communities in Northern Manitoba growing healthier and stronger, and that our partnerships are mutually transformative.
Unlike traditional top-down philanthropy, collaboratives bring more voices to the decision-making table. This builds capacity and knowledge within community and among collaborative members.
